What Does the Bible Say About Psychics, Mediums, and Divination?

The Bible is very clear in its teaching on that subject. It is troubling how many in the PCUSA don't know what the Bible says about it.

Leviticus says "you shall not allow a witch to live" and includes sorcerers, fortunetellers etc in its condemnations. Paul repeats this in the New Testament. The Bible is clear on the subject, as pastor lance says--but its true that many Presbyterians and Christians generally aren't aware of that anymore.

Today most Christians don't take witchcraft, fortunetelling, divination seriously --and that's part of the reason so many don't know that the Bible condemns these practices.

I am pretty ignorant about what is said in scripture on this subject. What is the clear teaching of this subject? Is it that it exists or not? What is the response a Christian is called to deliver? Does divination include economic forecasting, disaster mediation, and profiling?
