Questions of the Week . . . Calling and Questioning
Yesterday the sermon at church was about “the call” using the call Samuel as the text. I am sure you all have heard similar sermons in the past. But the preacher said something that I had never heard before and it was this, “God calls us through the questions we ask.” What do you think?

Interesting point, Miranda. Looking at Moses call, I would have said that God calls us despite the questions that we ask.
Intriguing...I'll be thinking about this for the week.
My instantaneous gut reaction was, "How else?"
I suppose God uses any means possible to get our attention. But I think our questions are what engage us in the relationship.
