Well, that was pretty cool. Of course my computer locked up just after she was elected so I didn't get to see her walk back out. But I'm on again.

Sounds like a pretty middle of the road, centrist candidate to me. Hopefully this is good news for the PUP report (full acceptance)

After reading her web info and answers to the most pressing questions, I feel as though Joan is the best person that we could have voted into office. I think that the GA is sending a message to all of us that conflict management of the whole denomination should be our highest priority. As a pastor of a growing church, I'm delighted with her selction. Let's keep her in our prayers as she seeks to lead the faithful.
